    I've gotten good service at Wayne's. They are keeping my 2000 Subaru going. It's true that whenever I take it in I wind up having to pay a bit more than I'm hoping I will pay. But on the other hand, their work seems to be good: The car is still running, and still running fine. I'm happy with their work, and I trust them.

    Trish, Mike her head mechanic are truly first class expert's. My car was diagnosed at Bald Hill KIA as having a parasitic draw on the car's battery. After months upon months, changing electronic door lock, no change, after market issue, no change, they had the car the last time for a month, installed a new radio, no change. Had an ( expert diagnostic mechanic come to my house hours later much money, no change. Finally Wayne's auto mechanic Mike was able after much testing, trouble shooting, to find the problem, corrected the vast issues and the car is back on the road and expertly repaired. They are and will be going forward my honest, dependable go to repair shop for sure.

    A longstanding problem with my 2007 Acura MDX could not be diagnosed by other shops, who relied solely on codes in the onboard computer to guide their repairs. Mike at Wayne’s used his master technician experience to detect a faulty ignition switch that did not present a code, which he replaced and fixed the problem. You will not find better auto experts or nicer and honest people (hello Trish and Paige) than at Wayne’s. FIVE STARS and thank you!

    If I could give it negative stars I would. This morning my husband called for a quick quote and the lady explained the diagnostic fee to look at it, he let her know we already know for sure it’s just the starter. She said we’d have to bring it there to have them look at it to find out which starter etc. when I had him call back because she should have been able to give him a quote on the starter by the make and model the lady straight up told him I don’t have time for this and hung up on him. When he called back again and told her that was rude she proceeded to hang up on him again. I would NEVER EVER recommend ANYONE to call or come here to have your car serviced if that’s what they call customer service. They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. Great job lady.

    Fantastic place! Needed to have a tail light fixed, as well as an inspection they went above and beyond. I had forgotten to ask them to check my battery,because I had to jumpstart the car last week, and it was down to nothing. They had checked this They did all service exceptionally and were very thorough with a very reasonable and fair price. My car wasn’t quite ready at the end of the day so they let me use a loaner. I highly recommend Wayne’s And they will now be my go to service facility!

    The single most honest, professional and communicative auto shop I've ever encountered. New customer for life! Edit: After my second time going to this shop, I have determined that I will no longer go anywhere else to maintain my vehicle. They finished working on my vehicle in less than 24hr and had a not insignificant amount of maintenence that needed to be done. The online portal they utilize - to show what needs immediate attention, needs work but not immediate and looks good - is like nothing I've seen from an auto shop and is honestly my favourite part.

    By far the best mechanic experience I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and their communication process is unmatchable. I got a full write up on all the work that my car needed done immediately and upcoming maintenance. They even sent detailed photos of the actual parts that needed servicing of my car on the lift. Never have I seen such transparency and great customer service from a mechanic shop. More mechanics should recognize how Wayne's does business and catch up to their model. I will certainly be using them for all of my future services.

    My husband and I first tried Wayne’s Service Plus this past December on the recommendation of a neighbor and had a great experience. Trish and her team were quick and thorough, with some of the best communication we’ve ever experienced from an auto shop. When their courtesy inspection revealed some other deferred maintenance, Trish patiently walked us through the various options on the phone and followed up in writing. There were no pressure tactics, and she gave an honest assessment of what work was more urgent and what work could wait. Everything was done promptly, pleasantly, and at a high quality. The icing on the cake came this past week when we experienced a repeat of the issue that first brought us to Wayne’s three months ago. Trish told us that they guarantee their work for three years and would not charge us for any additional labor to make things right. Now that is the type of business we will happily support for years to come! What’s more, when a complication arose during the repair, Trish went above and beyond to make sure we were treated fairly: She insisted on giving us the part for free, and wouldn't take our money even when we tried to offer partial payment. Truly A+ customer service!

    Update: Trish did reach out to me to make things right She had felt badly about the miscommunication and offered to complete the work I had originally requested. When they went in it was a bit more than they had anticipated but complete the repairs as promised She explained everything to my satisfaction and I feel went above and beyond to make me happy. I am overall very happy with all they have done. It's hard to find an auto repair shop these days with integrity but I feel I have definitely found one. I'll definitely be going back. Anytime we bring our vehicles in for repair we are at the mercy of the mechanics but at Wayne's I feel you're in really good hands. Original review: I had brought my Jeep in because I had a differential leak on the the left side of my Jeep both front and back When I had called they said no problem bring it in I brought it in and they went through a check up and brought a lot of issues to my attention I agreed to a few other repairs in addition to my initial reason for bringing it in The total for the the repairs was more than what I had expected to pay but I figured it was worth it They kept my jeep for 6 days When I had gotten in back everything seemed ok but when I looked at the repairs it only appeared they had fixed one of my differential seals I had called them back and they confirmed only one was repaired and I could bring it back in if I wanted them to make the repair for an additional 500 I don't have an issue paying for service. but it would have been less if they had fixed like I original asked. I came in with a simple request and I feel they were so fixated on getting more money they the had overlooked my original request For the 4000.00 I had paid to get the work done I would have thought my original request would had been taken care of and now to pay an additional 500 to get the job finished I don't find this very good customer service Everyone was nice they gave me a loaner but the bottom line is my original repair request seemed to be overlooked by their own objectives and I don't feel I would want to go back because of that I'm sure it was a slight oversight on their part but it was my first experience with them and it left me feeling a little offput

    Finally a service that tells me the truth. I have an older jeep. I'm in deep! I sent the jeep in with a concern. They went through the entire jeep with a fine tooth comb.     Wayne’s was phenomenal to work with. They do very thorough inspections, and their documentation includes photos and detailed descriptions. They were able to diagnose what was keeping my car from running, and they completed the work quickly. They even provided a loaner car at no extra charge while I waited for them to finish repairing my car.     I have been going to Wayne’s Service Plus for a few years now and I am quite the happy customer! I am always able to get an appointment within a day or 2, I love that I can drop my car off early, AND they have loaner vehicles for no extra charge (you just need to fill the gas tank). This is huge for a single person with a full time job! Did I mention they also store my snow tires for me? I think everyone there is super friendly and down to earth. They explain what is going on with your vehicle in a way that makes sense and never push you to buy extra things or pay for unnecessary repairs etc. The prices are fair and affordable, and they do honest work. There are perks for being a loyal customer, too! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

    Fantastic and honest service! All costs were totally clear the whole time, no surprise charges or fees. From start to finish Trish was extremely helpful with the entire process. The analysis was detailed and precise leaving me with no doubt about what the problems were and how to repair them. My wife's 2012 Acura MDX needed a timing belt, brakes, battery service, etc. Wayne's had the whole job completed in two days flat and the car drives like new now. They also provided a loaner and Trish kept me updated on the process the whole time. It seems like it's never easy finding a good mechanic, but Wayne's is easily one of the best I've ever dealt with. Don't hesitate to call them, they don't disappoint!

    I had brought my wife’s car to a few shops for a specific noise, many parts changed but the noise never went away.. aggravated and tiered, we finally found Wayne’s and can say they are our mechanic of choice! Everything they diagnosed was laid out and we were able to review this with the wonderful staff they have in place before any work was done. No guess work, nothing hidden and we even had money taken off our final bill! We will not bring our vehicles anywhere else!     Vehicle was towed to shop for coolant leak 2012 Infinity G37 I believe we got overcharged. I believe it should have been a $300 to $350 charge but got charged $480..Any decent technician could have done the job in about 1 hr and half ..2 gallons of coolant and small tube parts cost $60 tops.I understand your in business to make money but dont rip people off though.They also tried to upsell me around $10,000 worth of work on a vehicle that’s worth $7000 “REALLY” Shame on you.Some stuff would be ok like brakes and tires but not everything under the sun.I understand the vehicle had some oil leaks but what car that’s has 140000 miles don’t have any leaks .FIRST AND LAST TIME PLACE IS A RIP OFF..

We offer a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor whichever comes last. I signed up for their online service which will notify when I need to make an appointment for maintenance. My husband handled the maintenance of our cars and he passed away last month.     This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with ANY business. A mechanic with loaner cars is next level. They are experts with electric and hybrids. If you have a hybrid do not go to anyone who doesn’t feel completely confident in working on them. They let me keep the loaner car for weeks because I needed some extra time to determine what repairs to do. The diagnostic they gave was extremely detail oriented and if I would have decided to keep my car I completely trusted them to do the work correctly. An empathetic and ethical mechanic! If I HAD to give feedback the only thing I would say is it would be nice to offer a less comprehensive and cheaper diagnostic for people looking for specific issues. Like just main items then smaller items on another visit. The diagnostic is pricey, which would be great on a car your trying to continue comprehensive maintenance on, but my car, which is over 10 years old and a problem car may not have needed all that.

Diagnosing your car was pretty extensive due to the fact that we needed to get to the spark plugs which are buried in your car.     I went to Wayne's yesterday for an oil change and for the first time experienced a 10/10 service with an auto shop. Katie -- the front desk receptionist really makes the place feel very homey. She is useful, knowledgable and goes above and beyond to help. I love the fact that Wayne's offers a loaner vehicle for clients who do not have a way to get around while their car is in their shop. Everybody in the place was kind, and uplifting, I even got to say Hi to Wayne himself. This is a true family business, and you can tell Wayne really cares about his employee. They provided me with a free quote on repairs my vehicle needs, and gave me a FREE THANK YOU BAG with chocolates, and a cute sticker. They have any future business from me for sure! 10/10 recommend.

    I had been told several different things about what were the problem(s) were with my car by multiple garages but nothing got better with the repairs. I went to Wayne’s and they completed the most thorough inspection of my car and finally felt like I got the answers I was searching for; the report had a break down of every problem they found and included pictures, explanations, cost, importance in terms of what was an urgent issue and what was less urgent. The communication through the entire process was excellent and everyone on staff was amazing. While my car wasn’t worth the repairs, they were accommodating and helpful in suggestions for what to get/look for in my next car. I will 100% be returning to Wayne’s for all my car needs from now on.

    Wayne's Service Plus is the place you should bring your car. They not only replaced the clock spring for my 2009 Prius, they also included all the work that needs to be addressed for safety reasons. This includes an email with photos of all the recommendations. The photos and descriptions of services needed gives you (peace of mind) that you brought your car to an honest shop. I highly recommend Wayne and his staff, for all the the information given, and a great job fixing the most concerning issue 👍

Not only did they not figure out what was wrong with it, but the tech on the phone was incredibly rude to me. When I told them that I gave them $500 to have no answers for me, the tech told me (with such an attitude) that they actually did tell me a lot. I don't see how telling me you have no idea what's wrong with my car is 'telling me a lot'. It's bad enough to give a place so much money and they don't help you at all--it's even worse when a rude tech insults your intelligence over an issue that they can't even solve

    Stop looking for “A decent mechanic” and save time by using Wayne’s Service Plus. They do the job RIGHT THE FIRST TIME (and only use the best parts) AND they do a PM inspection with a complete write up (including pictures!). Never any pressure to do more than what is asked for, but they let you know the health of your vehicle. Very knowledge staff (go Caitlyn and Trish!)! You may pay a little more than your “Got to find a good mechanic” person, but it is money well spent. Also, who else offers GUARANTEE on their work - 3 years! Be smart - Use Wayne’s for your automotive needs! If I could say the above all over again, I would and I do!

    After many failed attempts at finding the right mechanic, I came across Wayne's service who was recommended by a friend, and they were absolutely amazing. Dropped off my car in the morning and within 3 hours I had access to a link with all the pictures and details of stuff I needed to get done in my car. It was fully thorough, and very easy to understand. And it was free! Havent decided what things im going to fix first, but will definitely be bringing back to get it serviced in the next couple days.

    Years ago I worked as a victims advocate for a domestic violence organization, and remember this one high-risk client that was trying to leave an especially dangerous abuser that we were sure was tracking her car. Trying to create a safety plan knowing this was insanely difficult, since we couldn’t find the tracker ourselves and the client had limited funds to flee as it was. One day I decided to try calling around to different auto shops in the state to see if anyone would be willing to check a client we referred for free or reduced cost, and wasn’t getting any promising responses until THIS GEM OF AN OWNER (Trish) stepped right up to the task of figuring out how to help, maintaining confidentiality, free of charge for clients I referred that desperately needed this type of help. They worked with law enforcement as needed to document and help maintain safety and communication for the client. I will always remember the owners and staff’s amazing response and support for survivors. This is absolutely a testament to the type of business and people that own and work at Wayne’s. I have also personally gone here on a few occasions to have work done on my car and found their communication, and the way they documented services provided and those they recommended (based on need and budget), to be immensely helpful, flexible, and friendly. I was never spoken down to or patronized, and the cost was always well worth it. Having one of their cars to use while my car was being worked on was also amazingly helpful option to have as well. This is absolutely the sort of business you want in your community (and in your car when it’s making funny noises). If I could give Wayne’s 10 out of 5 stars, I would. 💯

    I brought in my 2013 Mini Cooper , 112k miles on it, after not having serviced it for a few years. Wayne’s did a thorough inspection and fixed everything up. A few days after my service, for an unknown reason my car started making a loud noise on the highway. I had to bring it to the nearest mini dealer, and they fixed the issue for nearly $1,000. At first I was quite upset for the inconvenience and the cost, but I called Wayne’s and without a question they reimbursed me. I appreciate their commitment to their customers, and putting my satisfaction and safety first.

    Wayne's is THE recommendation for car service in my family. Ever since the base warranty expired on Subidoo in 2021, I have been taking him to Wayne's for a variety of "attitude adjustments". Caitlyn and team are genuinely invested in seeing you walk away with a smooth operator of a machine. They not only identify what your car needs now - complete with inspection photos showing you the damage - but they alert you of upcoming repairs that will likely be needed (w. cost estimates), as well as standard maintenance/ replacement milestones coming up. But wait, there's more! For all the knowledge I do have bouncing between my ears automotives are not my forte, and sometimes I needs someone to "Explain Like I'm 5". Caitlyn makes understanding your car an accessible experience and luckily for Wayne's SP, that is a skill in short supply that will bring my business back every time. And if you need a vehicle while your car is being worked on, Wayne's has gotcha covered with a loaner (just check on the availability ahead of time if you can)! TL; DR? Come for the honest answers to your car woes, stay for the quality of service 😎👍

    Pros: I appreciated their thorough diagnostic system which included pictures taken of the car and uploaded online. They did a solid job replacing my radiator. However they very clearly were trying to overcharge me by listing unneccessary repairs and procedures. It's scare tactics, take your car elsewhere. I'm pretty sure I paid too much.

    I had a great experience at Waynes Service Plus!! Their prices are more than fair and the service is exceptional! The mechanics were diligent and provided photos and explanations when necessary to show me what was going on with my car. Cait (and Trish) also made me feel very welcome when they helped me out at the front desk and gave me full write-ups of what my car needed, and recommended what order they be completed in to make it less daunting. They even provided a loaner car so I could make it to work while my car was being fixed. I couldnt be more pleased with the service!!

    As other reviewers have stated, their prices are incredibly high. Expect 30-40% markup on parts and absolutely RIDICULOUS labor charges. My recent visit there quoted $1,500 in labor charges that "could be completed today". They were all minor work that likely would have taken a couple of hours tops. Do their mechanics make $500 an hour? They did manage to "get me" though by charging me for a small replacement part that I did not approve. Oh well, just another place not to go to again. It's a shame so many mechanics have become shady these days. Will not return.

    Jon, Thank you for your feed back. I am sorry that you were not happy with the estimate. We try our best to charge a fair price for the work we do. Prices have gone up on parts in the past three years mainly because of inflation. We charge less per hour than most other places do. The only parts that we replaced on your car was the the plate light bulbs that were both out. The reason that we do this is because you can be pulled over for those bulbs being out. I have talked to my staff and will make sure that we are informing our customers from now on that we are going to be replacing the bulbs that are out.     Trish and the team at Wayne's Service Plus have been taking care of my family's vehicles for over 20 years. They have been taking care of my Rav4 currently. They do an outstanding job. They know that I like to do alot of the work on my car, and they are very realistic with me when they discuss projects that I can handle myself, versus ones that will need the tools and machinery only found in a shop. Their routine inspections tells me exactly how my car is doing, every single time I bring it in. ALWAYS up front about price. They also accomodate my hectic work schedule to allow me to get the service I need around my crazy work hours. They give me a great idea of what maintenence projects are coming up, what needs to be done immediately, and what jobs can wait a bit longer. They also take care of my old cadillac deville, which is a complete project car. They check my work and have been an excellent resource for me throughout the restoration. I will never take my cars to anywhere else. Outstanding service, technician competence, and family style treatment separate them from the rest. They deserve the highest recommendation.     My son’s car had a hole in a hose that brings gas to the gas tank. They were so friendly, kind and honest. They offered loaner cars (it wasn’t necessary this time, but if he has car trouble again, it might be incredibly helpful). We will be sure to go there again. They are our new Providence area mechanic! In fact, they noticed a problem that they did not pressure us to repair right away because it’s very expensive, and told us that they want to keep an eye on it. We will be back there for oil change, and a check on the other problem. Five stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I thought I needed a hybrid battery. Whe I told her what I needed, She was so comforting, she told me not to panic , and that it might be something else. She was the only one who gave me hope and told me not to panic!! She was right I didn’t need battery just needed to have it reprogrammed.     My car wouldn't start, on the phone I was quoted $75 for a diagnostic, on the second phone call I was quoted $140. Had my car towed in than they called me and told me they put in new spark plugs and got it running, when I went to pick up the car they asked to keep it over night because the timing chain needed repair. The next day I got a quote for $2k to replace the chain. The loaner I borrowed had a faulty fuel gauge, I toped off the tank but the gauge didn't go all the way to the top before I could return the car I had to go back to the gas station and get a receipt. When I got back she told me that they couldn't get the car running, but that I still owed them $540 because the new spark plugs was part of the diagnostic process. So I had my car towed into the shop and payed $540 just to have my car towed out of the shop because the service they preformed didn't fix the problem.

    Silvio, Thank you for the feed back about the service you received. The diagnostic for a no start is different then a diagnostic for a Check Engine light with running issues that is why the price was different. I am sorry that was not explained to you properly. I will make sure that we get that right from now on. During the diagnostic we found that the spark plugs were badly worn and needed to be replaced before we could continue to diagnose the car. We replaced the spark plugs and then found that the timing chain guide was broken as well as the tensioner for the chain. Which was the reason why the car was not starting. We clearly did not explain this to you very well. I am sorry for that. We do ask that when bringing back the loaners that customers bring in the fuel receipt as we have had problems in the past with people not fueling them before they return them to us. We do not charge for use of our loaner cars so we need to make sure that the fuel used is replaced. Thank you for your feed back and letting us know where we need to make improvements.     After trying five different places in Providence, this is BY FAR the best I've been to. I had very serious issues with my car that made it unsafe to drive and Wayne's Service is the only place that has managed to fix it, and all for a very reasonable price for the diagnostic, parts, service, loan car, very good customer service! They gave me an incredibly exhaustive diagnostic on my car, explaining what repairs were urgent, which ones were not as urgent and what was actually good in the car. It was all written down with pictures, detailed explanations and a full budget broken down by each repair. In addition to that being amazing, they are very kind and helpful (as a foreigner who is new to the country, let me tell you, I have been scammed or been brushed off by every other place I've visited!). I feel so lucky I found a trustworthy mechanic! Thank you Wayne's!

We found Wayne's based on their reviews, gave them a try, and they have been taking wonderful care of our cars for the last few years. The team at Wayne's is kind, professional, and courteous. We recently bought a used car, and Trish and Caitlyn were amazing!     Had an urgent brake issue. Called Wayne’s and they took a look at the car right away without an appointment. Diagnosed not only the brake issue but other problems and that needed attention. Presented me with a complete written estimate prioritizing all brake and other work needed and explained the problems and solutions and answered all questions. It was obvious that they know what they were doing and I felt confident that they were objective and transparent. They were informative without pressuring me to do anything. I authorized the brake and some but not all other work. They got it done right that day. Smooth process. Professional work. Completely satisfied. I’ll be returning for the remaining issues and am happy to have found a trusted professional local mechanic for this and any other car I may have. Highly recommend Wayne’s without any reservation.

    Two months ago, I bought a used Subaru that seemed too good to be true… and it was. While under warranty, the “dealer” replaced my engine and transmission but when the car was returned, its check engine light quickly reappeared. I brought the car to Wayne’s for a third-party opinion, and within a few hours, they had to deliver the bad news that the car was in very poor condition following the negligent engine replacement, as well as the structural decay and lack of general upkeep that was hidden from me as a buyer. Caitlin was so kind and helpful, and they gave me great advice as to my next steps in pursuing a refund. As someone with *clearly* minimal auto experience, the past few months have been overwhelming and centered around distrust and deceit. The team at Wayne’s made me feel supported and empowered, and I’m actually getting my money back and starting from scratch on the car pursuit this week. Will definitely be going back to Wayne’s, and hopefully with a better vehicle next time!

    Wasted my time I called on a Thursday to get my car diagnosed The lady said come in Friday morning between 730 and 830 OK no problem I got there at 8 o'clock Drop my key off My 1st red flag was when I got there I asked if I can talk to a mechanic that was going to be looking at my car and she Refuse to let me talk to the mechanics As a customer anyone should be able to talk to the mechanic Maybe she felt like she wasn't needed when I asked who knows Before I left I specifically said I cannot Keep my car here overnight so please just let me know if I have to come back another day so all day goes by goes by I call around 4:10 they close at 4:30 she says can we keep it for the weekend I said no so I come pick it up just in time thank God I work overnights She says we will send me a estimate on Monday And didn't even tell me anything that was wrong specifically They knew they was wrong when they didn't even charge me for the diagnosed fee this place is a joke I could have went somewhere else and got my a problem done same day... DONT COME HERE

    Great service. I called in just for a estimate on tires and shocks on my wrangler, they had me bring it in for a full inspection which included online and paper assessment of almost the hole car bot just my concerns. When I brought it in for the tire and sock service, it unfortunately took a bit longer then expected due to a seized tie rod. Kate at the front desk was great in communicating everything and getting me in a rental till my car was done.

    Have had fine experiences in the past but last time our van was in we decided to have them change the oil. Everything was fine until the next oil change I couldn't remove the oil filter housing. It had been tightened enough that I broke 1 filter removal tool and started to bend another one using a breaker bar. I completed what i could and we called and were told to bring it in a few days later and explain what was wrong when we dropped it off. My wife went and dropped it off and told the woman at the counter what was wrong and they were the last people to have touched the filter housing she told my wife," Well we don't overtighten things." My wife asked if they could just get the filter housing off and change the filter to the new one we provided that we couldn't get in and the lady told her it would be a full oil change(implying full cost) because all the oil would come out when they removed the filter housing. I'm not a certified tech but that's a pure lie, the housing holds maybe 1/2 a quart and most of the other 6 quarts would be safe and sound in the oil pan. So bottom line they usually do good work but apparently if something goes wrong they are going to try to charge you to fix it.

    Wayne's is a business that operates on old fashioned values. It's difficult to find an honest car service representative and Wayne's is not only honest but went the extra mile to insure my car was in perfect condition after some serious engine trouble. Super glad Wayne's has my back with my car repairs and maintenance. It make me feel safer on the road.

    I had been told that my Prius was in need of a major and costly repair. I brought it to Wayne’s for a second opinion and they informed me that it wasn’t necessary. I received a printout from the Toyota website that indicated the repair was not necessary at this time, as well. I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of service I received. I will be bringing my car to Wayne’s from now on!

    Took my car to Wayne's based on reviews. They do a very thorough inspection. They give you the printout of things needing service beyond the original request. Nice to know and have. One car was smooth sailing. The other had an airbag light on. After two days of diagnostic work they had no definitive answer. They wanted over $1200 just for the part and install labor with no guarantee. Had this done at the DEALER for $875. They also priced three tires at $850. I did the same online with local install for $365. Honest, mean well, friendly, but very pricey with unreal expectations of the customer's time.

    Paul, Thank you for the feed back. I do apologize for not being able to meet your expectation for timing. We were hoping that giving you a complementary loaner car would have helped in this situation. Some times Diagnostics take longer than expected. Our price for the SRS module was a little more expensive than the dealer. It would have cost you $928 here but it would have come with a three year, 36000 mile warranty which ever came last. The dealer only gives a 1 year, 12000 mile warranty which ever comes first. The tires would have cost you $548 here at Wayne's. They would have come with road hazard protection for the life of the tire as well. I am not sure what you get when you order tires online. I am very sorry that we clearly did not explain the benefits of our service well enough to you when you were here.     Friendly and efficient shop. They had to do a full car diagnostic because I needed to work on my transmission. They checked everything and sent me a text message update along with a PDF of what I needed done and the prices to go along with it. With the PDF document they send they also include pictures of the vehicle parts and The color of the fluid comparing it to what it should look like. It was nice to see photo evidence of what was needed versus trusting someone’s words. The work that I needed they had my vehicle for two days but offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime and the only thing I needed to do was put gas in the car. I declined that option but it was nice to be offered another vehicle to drive. Lastly I love that the shop is open at 7:30 AM that’s allowed me to drop my vehicle off early before work. I have more repairs to do but I’ll definitely be going back.

    Wayne’s is INCREDIBLE! Their breakdown of everything that’s needed to get done immediately/soon/future, with picture references for proof, along with an explanation/ prices, give you such peace of mind. — My schedule with my 2 jobs makes it nearly impossible to find time to get things done, but this was easy breezy for them. —They gave me a loaner car to use while I left mine there for 2 nights and returned it when my schedule allowed. All for no extra charge. — Caitlyn, who works at the front desk is such a sweetheart and just so down to earth! — Finding a good mechanic is always a bit scary and nerve racking, but Wayne’s took that fear away! - I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!! — Thank you all so much!

    The Good: They were very nice, very professional, even offered a loaner while they performed a free inspection of my car. Their inspection was very thorough. The Bad: They told me that could not "legally" allow me to take my car because my brakes were in such bad shape. I appreciate the concern, but no mechanic has a legal right to seize your property. The fact that they used some made-up "law" to push me to get repairs at their shop felt reallllllllllllllllly slimy. Anyway, I got my car towed and found a shop that did the repairs at half the cost of Wayne's quote.

We ask that people tow the car out of the lot when it is unsafe to drive. Yours had no brakes, so we did not want any one else to be hurt if you got into a accident. We do not think that there is a law about this though. I thought that you picked it up after hours because you came in the next day to get the key and the car was gone when we can in in the morning.     I went to Wayne service plus few months ago to change the oils for my Kia Soul They was very nice to checked up and listed thing my car have to fix but I was prefer just change the oils They told me nicely that they needed change the light bulbs because safety and can’t let’s me go with out change So I did with them 6 months until I just inspected my car difference place he told me 3 head light is no light bulbs there I came back to talk with Wayne service asking what they can do They said they can give me the bulbs back ( old and new they still keep for me) They knew there mistake but No contact to fix and until now I got done and different place they even don’t want refund either No heart of business. Don’t trust them Lied and just money, horrible customer service Not worse even 1 star

    Went in for them to a replace a bulb, but they forgot to do the job and charged me. Once i realized that they forgot to put in the bulb, i went somewhere else to replace it and asked for a refund from them but they refused to refund me

    So I took my car here 6 weeks ago to get some work done and unfortunately the radiator went. Come to find out, the part was bad. Trish went out of her way to ensure I had a loaner car as she went to find a different brand of radiator for a replacement. Just to be sure, Wayne’s replaced the thermostat as well. Thank you for making the job right.

    I went in after 6 months of just spending $1100 to fix my car there and got a quote for over $2300. Two issues: 1. At least one item listed was replaced six months ago and, emphatically, could not have worn out in this timeframe. There is another item on their list which was also replaced and I doubt needs to be replaced again. It's possible given the conditions my car has to stay in, but unlikely. 2. I looked online at prices for labor and parts for the items listed and they seemed rather high. I called around and sent the quote to another mechanic with a very high rating on google. He looked at the quote and said he could do it at half the price (and he doubted that he needed to do all that was quoted). I am taking my car there for now and can update here with the results if anyone is curious. If he really can do it for a lot less, I am moving this review to a 2. If not, I'll move it to a 4. That said, I appreciate that they give free loaner cars and the oil change there is the cheapest in town. (I called about 15 places to figure that out.) The mechanic was surprised I said Wayne's did the quote as they are usually one of the best in town. I agreed that I was surprised by their work and disappointed. He thinks it may be that they just took some general market quotes for the fixes and didn't think enough about the pricing in this case. I am not of the opinion this was crooked work, just the result of either mistakes or laziness on someones part in regards to both pricing and inspection. Oh well. I still think they're a good place. They just messed up with my case enough that I think that bridge is burned (except for oil changes of course).
